2L Publishing in the News!
The Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood, along with Jacoby & Myers, held an event on Saturday (November 18, 2023) to promote the importance of reading for youth. After attending the event, children were sent home with a number of books to add to their collections.

About Latrice
Hello Coco is the brainchild and book series of Latrice McGlothin: a vocalist, songwriter, philanthropist, and banking executive known for her infectious smile and upbeat personality.
The first book Suds, Songs, and Aunt Fancy’s Salad grew out of the real life experience of cooking with her niece, who would often take breaks from meal preparation to do activities.
Each time she returned to the kitchen, Latrice would greet her by saying “welcome back, remember you have to wash your hands.” Eventually the phrase turned the saying into a song encouraging good hygiene that her niece would sing even when Latrice was away!
